I had a mix of experiences during my stay at this hotel. On one hand, the beautiful beachfront location really made my vacation special, and the pool area was a fantastic place to unwind. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room upon arrival, as I found sand in the sheets, which shouldn't happen in a place of this caliber. While the staff was generally responsive, I expected more follow-up regarding my concerns.

I had a mixed experience at One Ocean Resort & Spa. While the massage at the spa was fantastic, the room left much to be desired, feeling dated and neglected. Customer service varied greatly; check-in was welcoming, but my experience afterward was frustrating due to maintenance issues and for being rushed out of the hotel.
